How long will it take my family member to receive their packages?

Books and magazine orders are processed and shipped within 72 hrs, once shipped tracking info is sent to purchasing customer, all customers should also be aware of their facilities mail room schedule, for inmate assistance please email all questions and concerns to byondbooksllc@gmail.com or mail  to PO Box 5631, Harrisburg Pa 17110.

Please take care to make sure that your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order, as all sales of photo books and books are final. If you have purchased an item for an incarcerated loved one, please be aware that some facilities may deny the item and it will be returned to your billing address. Before making a purchase, please ensure that you are aware of your loved one's housing facility's policies on mail.
